Empanada Maker Machine EDV-350

The EDV-350 Empanada Maker speeds up production times thanks to its automatic cut, sealing, and stuffing. The client can choose among 15 different crimpings and sizes. It can be adapted almost endlessly to every production in the world.

The EDV-350 is designed to produce in the most efficient way possible. The process begins with a dough sheet, which the machine adjusts to the desired thickness. Next, it moves to the stuffing station, where it is automatically shaped, and the size can be adjusted according to needs. Finally, the empanada stuffed is placed through the hopper, which has a capacity of over 15 kg. During the making, the molds apply pressure to the dough using pneumatic pistons, delivering cut, stuffed, and crimped empanadas.

It is operated from a SIEMENS Touch Screen, which allows any kind of adjustment and can be adapted to the client's working methods. It cuts down the waiting times to the minimum. Besides, its network control system gives you the possibility of remote repairs. This spares you the need for a specifically qualified workforce.

It can produced 2.000 empanadas per hour. Besides, you can add a second hopper -from the beginning or in the future- and double your production using the same equipment in the same space. This allows you to increase your productivity with the same resources and a minimum investment.
