Rotary cutter machine RTT 600

The RTT 600 Rotary Cutter resulted from our clients' need for a different disc cutter machine with specific characteristics. This is a big market and it is important to adapt to greater production quickly.

Supplying empanada factories that sell to the general public and restaurants is a huge market. Therefore, clients that produce discs for these companies needed a different machine. One that doesn't deliver the disc with its separator, but that allows the discs to be packed in great amounts. This is key to saving time when making empanadas.

There was a need to produce at a big scale without separators. And the RTT 600 came to address it.

Through arduous work and a search in a new direction, we came up with a machine that can calibrate its thickness and cut any size by a cutting drum, besides allowing our clients to produce and pile up to 5 dozen simultaneously. That's right, 5 dozen. It counts with leading-edge technology and can be programmed. Using its SIEMENS Touch Screen, we can establish the pile amount desired, varying between 1, 3, or 5 dozen as it is usually sold. This is normally called empanada discs in tubes.

Given it can produce more than 3000 dozen per hour, the rotary cutter machine is a great option for our clients.
