Pressing Dough Machine P 50

The P 50 Pressing Dough Machine is the basic solution for companies that need quick and efficient dough pressing without an outstanding investment.

The LC 600 Sheet Maker is perfect for big factories since it has the greatest output in the market. But its production rate is too much for smaller companies. Taking this and the investment cost into account, we decided to build a pressing dough machine that can deliver the same product, but on a smaller scale and with a smaller investment.

As with each Tecnoalim product, this machine is the perfect ally to the sheeter-making modules. The P 50 delivers the initial dough sheet that will be used continuously on the modules. It is important to any production, but we always consider this product when a client is starting the automation of dough sheets at greater scales.

You just have to put 14 kg of mixed lumpy dough in the main tray, press the power button, and let the pressing begin until it ends in a perfect rectangle. This will provide optimum control for the next process, whether for puff pastry or not. Once the pressing is done, the press will be opened through an ascend command delivering a level and compact 25 mm thick dough sheet.

It has a gear motor with more than 4 HP mechanic and electronic power and three emergency stop control digital systems, making it a tough and lasting machine that will speed up your production.
