Empanada disc cutter machine MCD

The MCD Disc Cutter with plastic separators is the heart and soul of any dough disc industry. It can produce up to 900 dozen per hour. It supplies low and medium market demands, using minimum resources and requiring low investment.

This machine transforms farinaceous sheets into empanada discs separated by plastic sheets, ready to be packed and distributed. It has a gauge at the entrance to give the dough the desired thickness. The plastic sheet moves the dough to the cutting head, where the scalpels are in constant circular movement so the dough and the plastic sheet are perfectly cut. This cutting system doesn't put pressure on the dough, delivering an end product perfect at sight.

The cutting molds are interchangeable from 80 mm to 320 mm in diameter. Each one is specifically designed to make the most of the dough width used in the dough sheeter or laminator machine and to minimize the scraps that will go to the re-kneading process.

It is the most compact and tough machine on the market. It is only 2 meters long and 400 kg. Thanks to its blind side it can be used in small, medium, or big factories. It is a space-saving best friend.
