Sheet Maker Machine LC 600

The LC 600 Sheet Maker or Dough Pressing Machine is the most important piece of equipment to produce at a great scale. Its functional nature turns it into a basic need for production. Besides, it recycles the dough leftovers during the process.

This compact and state-of-the-art design and its more than 22 horsepower allow unprecedented compressing power. Each gear motor is unified directly to each rolling pin generating a unique power. Since it does not have chains or pinions, it avoids breaks that were normal in previous models and needs zero maintenance.

It can produce more than three tons of dough per hour and work all day long with new doughs, leftovers, or a mix of both.

With 22 HP, divided between 4 motors with 5.5 HP each, its design and electronic engineering can move the rolling pins independently to achieve optimum and intelligent compression. In addition, through its touch screen, you can adjust the force used for different products.

The dough sheet has a 600 mm width and its length depends on the needs of each client. It can deliver one single continuous line or cut according to the client's choice thanks to the electromechanic cutting dough system. This machine is essential to inline productions and the beginning of every continuous lamination process with our MLC 215 sheeter-making modules.
