This setup and the plastic separator create the perfect alignment to take the cut dough to the final zone where the transverse cutting will take place thanks to a blade that sets each disc free. Lastly, the discs will go through the speed belt to its final piling. During this process, any remaining dough is directed to a side receiver for immediate reuse.
